We are consulting with local residents and other interested parties over emerging proposals for residential development on land to the north of Shepherds Mead, Tetbury.  This site was previously considered for residential allocation in the adopted Local Plan but was discounted as it was not needed to meet housing requirements at that time.  This consultation exercise is being conducted on behalf of the owners of the above landholding (See Location Plan Below).

The potential impact of these residential development proposals on existing community services and facilities in Tetbury have been carefully considered as part of these proposals (see Community, Services and Facilities Plan below).

UPDATE: A range of planning obligations are being considered as part of this development (see Planning Obligations Plan below). Following community consultation the 'preferred option' for provision of planning obligations would involve a replacement community hall with youth facilities (Dolphins Hall). The estimated cost of these works would be circa £600,000 (3,500 Sq.ft).
